Guests should expect wildlife, limited cellular service, a rural access road, chickens, resident guardian dogs, and ongoing gardening or outdoor improvement projects. The property has modern power and water systems, but the experience is intentionally closer to nature than a typical urban vacation rental.

Yes. The retreat has fast Starlink internet, making it possible to stay connected, stream, or work remotely despite the secluded rural location. Cell service can be limited in the area, so Wi-Fi is particularly useful.
